HOUSE RULES

Please read carefully before booking: INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL: - Energy and water - Sheets and a set of towels available to each guest. - The property tries to provide a small complimentary cleaning kit, as well as some complimentary detergent for the dishwasher. - Indoor Jacuzzi and outdoor pool (summer only and not heated). NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL: - Nordic Bathtub - Sauna - Heated Swim Spa with massage - FOREST SPA: The rental of the Forest Spa space has an additional cost of €15/person/night (minimum 2 nights) and will be charged to the entire group if the space is rented. The rental of the Forest Spa area includes a bathrobe, slippers and a special bag of firewood for its operation. DEPOSIT: You must provide a valid credit card as a guarantee, you will receive a link to our "Avaibook" software to enter the credit card, no charge will be made as long as the house is returned in perfect condition and in compliance with the rules listed below. CLEANING: The property is delivered clean and in perfect condition and must be returned in the same condition. Failure to do so may result in an extra cleaning charge. - The property provides a small cleaning kit, as well as detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside. SUSTAINABLE HOUSE: The house is not connected to the electricity grid, it has an energy production system designed by an engineering company, all energy is produced by solar panels and stored, the house can operate 4 air conditioners, 1 jacuzzi, Nordic bathtub, swim spa/heated pool, interior and exterior lighting, appliances, heating,... everything is ready to go. We ask our guests to carry out activities that consume energy during daylight hours and to consume energy responsibly during hours without solar radiation. ELECTRIC CARS: Photovoltaic engineers have designed the house to operate with all the existing electricity consumption; it is not possible to charge electric cars as the system could collapse. If you have that need, we will offer you the possibility of charging the electric car without problems near the house. BARBECUE: The property is not responsible for improper use of the barbecue. It is strictly forbidden to use the barbecue in case of risk of fire. Ask the property for alternatives. MINORS: In case of staying with minors, parents and guardians are fully responsible for their supervision and guardianship. The property declines all responsibility in this regard. EMPLOYMENT: It is prohibited to occupy the house by more people than those listed in the reservation request. Failure to comply with this clause will result in the immediate termination of the contract and immediate abandonment of the house. PARTIES: Parties of any kind are prohibited. PETS: Pets are allowed upon prior consultation with the property owner. There is an extra charge for this. Pets are prohibited from getting on the sofas and beds and from using the pool. In the event of non-compliance, cleaning costs will be charged, which in the case of the pool will include emptying and refilling. Pets have an additional charge of €15/night per pet. DAMAGES: The client is responsible for any damage that may occur during their stay. APPLIANCES AND SERVICES: Any problems with appliances or services that may arise will be promptly reported to the property owner so that they can be repaired or replaced. ACCIDENTS: In the exterior and interior spaces: the property is not responsible for accidents. THEFT: In the event of theft, the property declines all responsibility, and the client is free to take out insurance with third parties to cover this eventuality. FIRE: In case of fire, the property has two fire extinguishers hanging on the wall of the dining room. SWIMMING POOL/SWIM SPA: The swimming pool does not have a lifeguard service, nor surveillance for bathers, the client assumes responsibility for making good use and following the safety rules. The property declines all responsibility in case of accident. GAS COOKER: The kitchen is gas, the client will be responsible for making good use and closing the gas taps on the stoves on the kitchen counter. The property declines any responsibility for any accident that may occur in this regard. INDOOR AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE: The client is responsible for the interior and garden furniture, for its safekeeping and proper use. The exterior and interior furniture cannot be taken on excursions outside the facilities of Mas de l'Aranyó. HOT SURFACES: The barbecues, fireplace and boilers in the Sauna and Jacuzzi can cause burns. It is the client's responsibility to use them properly and keep children and pets away. The property declines any responsibility in this regard in the event of an accident. CHECK-IN: You will receive a message with a link to our "Avaibook" software, to register all travelers. You must register before arriving at the accommodation. Upon arrival you must provide a valid ID for each member of the group or, failing that, send a photo of the ID on both sides. LOCATION: The property is located in the middle of the countryside, to access them there is 1.5 km of dirt and gravel road, it is accessible for any type of vehicle without needing to be 4x4, the vehicle can get dirty with dust or mud. In the countryside you can find animals, insects, farmers doing agricultural work in the nearby fields, etc... and at the end of September/beginning of October mainly the preparation of the fields for sowing is carried out and sometimes it can smell of manure.
