HOUSE RULES

- Energy and water included in the price. - Bed linen and a set of towels available to each guest included in the rental. - The property provides a small cleaning kit as well as detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. - The property is delivered clean and in perfect condition and must be returned in the same condition. In the event of having to clean up due to excess dirt, a charge may be made for this reason. - The client is responsible for any damage that may be caused during the stay. - Any problems with appliances or services that may arise in the property will be communicated quickly to the property - Pets are allowed after consultation with the property. There may be extra charges for this concept. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house. - The property is not responsible for improper use of the barbecue. - In outdoor and indoor spaces: the property is not responsible for accidents. - In the case of accommodation with children, parents and guardians are fully responsible for their supervision and guardianship. The property declines all responsibility in this regard. - In case of theft the property declines all responsibility, the customer being free to take out insurance with third parties to cover this eventuality. - In case of fire, the property has two fire extinguishers hanging on the wall in the garage area. - The pool does not have a rescue and lifeguard service, or surveillance of bathers, the customer assumes responsibility for proper use and follow safety rules. The property declines all responsibility in the event of an accident. - The kitchen is gas, the customer will be responsible for making good use and closing the gas taps on the stove on the kitchen counter. The property declines any responsibility for any accident that has occurred in this regard. - Access to the swimming pool is prohibited for children under 14 years of age, unless accompanied by a responsible adult. The property declines all responsibility in the event of an accident. - The client is responsible for the garden furniture, for the safekeeping and proper use of it. Outdoor and indoor furniture cannot be taken on excursions outside the Mas de l'Aranyó facilities. - It is forbidden to occupy the house by more people than those listed in the reservation request. Failure to comply with this clause will result in the immediate termination of the contract and the immediate abandonment of the home. - It is forbidden to hold parties of any kind.
