Opened on July 10, 2020 The property is located on a small hill between the villages of L'Aranyó, Montcortès de Segarra and Hostafrancs, its elevated position allows you to enjoy wide panoramic views. From the living room you can enjoy the views of the Castles of L'Aranyó and Montcortès, as well as the medieval villages that are part of them. From the other side of the property you can enjoy the views of the Lleida Pyrenees. It has an extension of 3ha (30,000m3) and is made up of: A forest of hundred-year-old oak trees for walking, a plant of Arbequina olive trees and a field of herbaceous crops. The large garden area preserves a lot of native vegetation and a multitude of oak shades to keep you cool in the summer. Area with two barbecues to cook meat and fish simultaneously, and enjoy the flavor of food cooked with oak wood. The pool area stands out, with a chill-out space for having lunches and dinners outside with a teak wood table and a rustic pergola with a taut sail, deckchairs to enjoy the sun or enjoy the cool of the evening and pool elevated to cool off in the summer. The exterior lighting has been taken care of to the utmost detail, it has extensive non-invasive lighting points to highlight all the trees in the garden and create a magical atmosphere where the vegetation is the main protagonist. During the day outside you can enjoy watching the birds, since we are in the middle of the steppe bird protection zone, as well as being able to enjoy the spectacle of seeing the rabbits and hares that walk through the oak forest in front. During the sunset you can enjoy the magical sunsets of La Segarra, where the intensity of colors, especially the red tones make them unique and special. During the night outside the farmhouse we can enjoy the stars, the songs of the woodpecker and other nocturnal birds, the crickets and other animals, you will enjoy a natural experience.
